During my recent stay in Rabat, I had the pleasure of exploring the old Roman fortress city of Chellah, marveling at its stork colonies and tropical gardens. I enjoyed a scenic rowboat 'taxi' ride across the lagoon to Salé, Rabat's sister city, which provided a unique and memorable experience. One of the highlights of my trip was visiting Villa Mandarine, a charming establishment with a distinctive blend of traditional and modern elements that captured my interest. the property's contemporary artworks and collected objets d'art added a sophisticated touch to its ambiance. the brightly painted decor in vibrant shades of orange, blue, green, red, and aqua created a lively atmosphere throughout the premises. To these features, amenities such as coffee/tea services, concierge assistance, and dry cleaning further enhanced the overall guest experience. Though the staff's friendliness was noted as an area for improvement, my time in Rabat was enriched by the unique cultural and contemporary offerings at Villa Mandarine, making it a noteworthy accommodation choice for travelers seeking a blend of tradition and modernity in a vibrant setting.
